Rob Fulks is the Vice President of ESG Technology at MGB Oilfield Solutions, bringing 42 years of upstream oil and gas experience. He spent 30 years at Weatherford, where he held leadership roles in wellbore integrity, hydraulic fracturing, and unconventional completions across global markets.

Rob has managed operations in Russia, Argentina, and Saudi Arabia, including major projects for ExxonMobil, BP, and Aramco. Now based in Houston, he focuses on technologies that improve hydraulic fracturing efficiency and performance in today’s evolving energy landscape.
